Tags enable you to label your subscribers with specific attributes (e.g. is that person a runner, or a patient who's had a heart attack?). You can also use tags to pick out who has clicked to view content, or has clicked through to an offer on a webpage.
Over the course of time, you'll accrue many tags, and so keeping them organised is important. You'll find a checklist of examples of category suffixes, so you can build you own.
